SUGAR - the sweetest poison of all

“As soon as refined sugared foods were imported into civilisation, physical degeneration began in a way that was definitely observable within a single generation”.

Some consequences of eating sugar - taken from a variety of medical journals and scientific publications.

Most famously sugar contributes to obesity, but it also has other major health implications:
  • Sugar can suppress the immune system,
  • Sugar can cause hyperactivity, anxiety, difficulty concentrating and crankiness in children,
  • Sugar can weaken the eyesight,
  • Sugar can lead to premature aging.

Sugar can cause:

arthritis,
 heart disease,
 appendicitis,
 multiple sclerosis,
 haemorrhoids,
 varicose veins,
….. and so the ever growing list continues.

Sugar is implicated in a long chain of events in the body that leads to weight gain. The minerals in the body become unbalanced, enzymes don't function correctly, food does not digest properly, and allergies occur. Allergies cause addiction, addiction causes cravings, and overeating is the result.

Why is sugar so harmful to the body?

Poison: Medically any substance applied to the body, ingested or developed within the body, which causes or may cause disease.

Refined sugar is defined as a poison because it is depleted of its life force, vitamins and minerals, what is left is pure, refined carbohydrates.

Refined sugar is not digested in the mouth or the stomach but passes directly to the lower intestines and then into the bloodstream. The extra speed with which it enters the bloodstream does more harm than good.

The body cannot utilize this substance without leeching the body of precious vitamins and minerals through its demand on the digestive system, detoxification and elimination.

Excess sugar eventually affects every organ in the body.

Your sugar cravings are a direct indication that sugar is at work destroying your body.
